Description Program includes training in Heating, Air Conditioning-Refrigeration, Sheet Metal, Applied Electricity, Workplace Safety/CPR, and Refrigerant Recovery. The curriculum is designed to provide quality classroom and hands-on training to give students a solid foundation for long term marketability and viability in the HVAC industry. Full and Part-Time; Day and Evening classes offered. Apprenticeship opportunities are available.

Admission Requirements Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED; unless approved for admission by the director based on other selection criteria. All applicants will be administered an evaluation test by MHVAC. Additionally, Michigan Works! applicants will be administerd the TABE test by Michigan Works! staff. Special arrangements can be made for applicants needing help in basic skills to quality for admission.
