Description This program provides the student with specialized classroom and shop experiences with all types of metal welding, brazing, and flame cutting. Students are required to purchase safety glasses, gloves, cutting goggles, leather boots, helmet, striker, pliers, tip cleaners, and wear denim type clothing or overalls. Types of Jobs: The Certificate program provides individuals with a wide array of skills applicable to construction welding, ship building, fitting, and industrial and production welding.
